Twin Wok in Ely

They do not use MSG in their foods. Nice variety of Chinese food. Atmosphere in the place is nice, quiet....

Their food was not very good they didn't have vegetables in their vegetable chow mein and it was dry and hard there was not much of a variety for vegetarian they put meeting on everything the food itself after we had eaten about 20 minutes later we were very sick

On holiday from Australia and wanted to try American Chinese. Tasted similar to meals from home. Chose Dinner B menu. Loved every meal we had. Good quality food and large servings. Extremely fast service. Thoroughly enjoyed meal out.

Very good food on the menu. My wife is vegetarian so we ordered the king pao tofu. Very yummy, the string beans were very yummy they accommodated it without pork. The buffet food was alright, but they could have had more variety and the service could've be a bit faster but over all pretty good.

Very! Good Chinese. Fresh ingrediance, hot, good service. Tables are old not new inside, but the very best food.

The chicken in garlic sauce was perfectly spicy and so flavorful! The cream cheese wontons were perfectly fried. The two servers were on top of it, that's for sure. If I'm ever in Ely again, I'll be back here for sure.

Great food! I ordered orange beef one night and then went back the next night for war won ton soup! Very pleasant experience! Soup was a little more on the bland side but I liked that! Soy sauce brought it up to par for my taste buds! Will definitely be back!

The service at Twin Wok is always fast and the food is always delicious. The buffet is a good lunch. I have always had quality food consistently from China Wok. The staff are friendly and efficient.

Authentic Chinese. Super big portions. Excellent no contact curb service. I felt very safe with my food and my interactions with the staff. Thank you very much for my food and your excellent hospitality in these times

Delicious food!!!Cindy and I ate lunch at TWIN WOK RESTAURANT yesterday, June 8, 2018. We chose their buffet.I selected sesame chicken, bourbon chicken, fried rice, egg drop soup, egg roll, & sautéed mushrooms. Everything was incredibly delicious! Buffet price was reasonable. I had seconds on most of my selections.We will go back to TWIN WOK RESTAURANT.

Good food, and prices are competitive. The menu is fairly extensive. The lunch buffet is awesome. Take out is 10 minutes or less to pickup.

Crunchy, flavorful fried chicken wings. Authentic Mongolian beef. Fresh salad greens and shrimp cocktail. Polite and efficient service. We like this little Chinese restaurant.

Did the Twin Wok Family group B dinner for 2 ( 2 is the minimum and the price for this was $15 per person), and it was more than enough! This combo starts you off with cheese wontons, chicken wings, and egg rolls and they all tasted very fresh and delicious. You also pick a soup, either wonton, egg, or hot and sour and the hot and sour met my expectations and was very flavorful.Next up is your main course and you have plenty to choose from and its a diverse selection. Since there was 2 of us we get a choose 2 main courses and we went with Orange Chicken and General Tao Chicken. The dishes were very very tender and Flavorful. The batter wasn't heavy, very light and crispy. These plates were sauce heavy and was sweet. All this is and they give you a very hefty portion of fried rice.We both couldn't finish it all, honestly this is a portion for 3! Enjoy the food and come hungry!

The food was good, but the atmosphere left much to be desired. The place is a little run down, there were cracks and missing finish on the table, and everything felt just a little dingey. They were quite busy at the time, however (around noon) and the food was being cycled quickly. Again, the food was good and the price was right as well, they just need to invest in their facilities. I would recommend it as a decent stop on your road trip through the area.

Love their buffet lunch, service always friendly! Egg foo yung remains one of my faves, also the mushrooms and their awesome green beans!

The food was okay. Nothing special, not awful. You should know what to expect when you go to a Chinese lunch buffet place: dishes that have been stewing for a while under heat lamps, tired vegetables, and dry rice. But you can eat as much as you want of that stuff for $11, so choose your own adventure.

So i went the eat at Twin Wok with two of my friends and we ordered separate plates. The lady brought us a bowl of rice for all of us. We just told her nicely if she can bring our individual rice. Then she got mad and took the rice bowl from the table that my friend was eating already and told him “No its to much rice!” Then took it away from him and took the rice back into the kitchen and brought a smaller bowl of rice for him. Every time we wanted a refill for our sodas we had to stand up and ask for it in the counter. Really disappointed!

Friendly business, their orange chicken is hand breaded from what I could tell, I was surprised. I expected prepackaged frozen And whoever took my order ( assumingly a family member/owner) was solid a.f...

They have the best Chinese food I have found anywhere and the service is fast and friendly.

Good flavors. We tried the pot stickers, sizzling rice soup, orange beef, and chicken and green beans. The sauces were good (pot sticker sauce and we asked for a Szechuan sauce as well). The flavors of the orange beef and chicken and green beans were really good. The sizzling rice soup was a little bland but adding some of the above sauce(s) added a little bite and flavor. We will eat there again!

it's ok. there is a decent amount of food on the buffet but the food doesnt taste all that great!

Was going to give this place a 3 star until I used the restroom and saw the cook come out of the stall with apron on and did not wash her hands that makes me sick!!! The restaurant looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a very long time the curtains on the windows are caked-on with food the silverware has a residue film on it the Cups have food debris stuck on it this place must not have a health department to come check on restaurants in Ely. Adding this restaurant to my list to not ever return back to

While I haven't tried the sit order off the menu meals I absolutely love their buffet. A bunch of types chicken amongst other things. Fantasic in my opinion

Cashier and waitress seemed irritated. Food however was amazing. Cooked fresh and quickly. Ordered orange chicken and lemon chicken. Will eat here whenever in Ely. Even though customer service wasn't good. Food made up for lack of service.

This is a mom and pop place..good food, efficient staff and good prices. The appetizers are a meal for most folks.

Good food, but the staff isn't the greatest. Asked for mushrooms added to my fried rice and they stated they could not do that. Never been to a Chinese place that won't add mushrooms to rice. Decent pricing and good food though.

Great food. There is only a small selection of food, and not much in the way of desert, but what they had tasted very good.

I am visiting Ely on pleasure and was craving Chinese food and this place didn’t disappoint. The Mongolian Beef was great, very flavorful and good portions, the hot and sour soup was really good as well. If I’m ever back this way I’d definitely get it again!
